As you get busier in real estate, you have to learn to manage your time and use tools to help buy your time back. In this episode we sit down and chat with Janki Patel, team leader and owner of the Janki Patel Team serving the Fremont, Newark, Union City, Pleasanton, Dublin and Livermore California areas. Janki has been usingthe Chime AI assistant to help her qualify leads, and close more deals, in this packed 30 minute session we dive deep into what is working well for her and how she’s using Chime to essentially “buy her time back.”

Janki uses a hybrid model of Chime’s Artificial Intelligence and an overseas Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to help her convert the Google PPC leads that she’s generating. When the lead first comes in to her Chime CRM, the AI Assistant reaches out to the lead to attempt conversation. Upon the lead identifying that they’re interested in buying or selling, Janki’s team of ISA’s take over the conversion, and ultimately hand Janki a qualified lead that is ready to go.

Tristan Ahumada teaches and speaks throughout the year at different events, to small groups and larger groups of up to 20,000 people. Tristan teaches how to have a higher lead conversion through long-term follow-up and building deep relationships with clients. He is the creator and co-founder of the largest closed facebook Real Estate group in the United States, Labcoat Agents.

Randy Carroll is a Strategic Partner and Channel Manager at Chime Technologies.
