On this week’s episode we have Aurora Shively, team leader of Aurora Associates in Eastern Washington talking about how she went from waitress to Top Agent. Aurora is on her 4th year in real estate, but has already taken the industry by storm, ranking in the top 100 agents in Washington State by her second year. After spending the better part of her younger years in service industries, she quickly realized that most real estate agents were missing out on a key component of real estate; it’s not just sales, it’s a customer service business. 

Taking a whole different approach to real estate, she built an extremely successful business as a single agent. By year two in the industry, she was ranked 81st in the state of Washington for transaction sides, then shaved a cool 10 spots off that ranking the following year. Starting her 4th year in the business, she did something remarkable, in the middle of the COVID crisis she stepped out of production and created a referral group of agents.
